Isfahan is rendered in an enticingly soothing shade of brick red. It is embroidered using shadow work and single ari tankas in deep ochre, burnt orange and olive following a composition inspired by jaalis and floral gardens of Mughal India. Isfahan is paired with a gossamer-thin printed dupatta featuring an exuberant inlay art of ornate tiles, colorful frescoes circa 16th century in a burst of bright Persian colors.
